Conditions: All members, their guests and visitors release PVCC, Croquet Endeavors LLC, and John W. Curington from any and all liability as a result of personal injury, property damage or any other loss on or off the property. Membership is granted on an annual basis by management’s acceptance of annual dues and member(s)’ acceptance of and adherence to all club policies. Membership may be terminated for any reason by management by refunding the pro rata share of dues paid.
